GIS experience: Maria Sebastian Lopez
Maria Sebastian Lopez is a geographer with a PhD in geo-archaeology at the University of Zaragoza.
Her aim is to help solve problems with land use visualization, basing her research on spatial modelling and creating predictive models.
Developing her work , she is able to interconnect geographical, geological, heritage and economic variables to find the best location for an essential importance infrastructure to current society.
In the last 15 years, she has worked as a researcher at the National Council for Research, as a consultant in private companies and at the present as a professor at the University of Zaragoza.
